Refunds & Returns

We hope that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase at GoTime Apparel, but if you have an issue of any type, then we'll do our best to make it right. We offer a hassle-free, 14-DAY RETURN POLICY and can replace any item that arrives damaged, faulty or defective.
If you'd like to send an item back, we'll accept any return as long as the item unused and in the original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RECEIVING A REFUND:
Once your item is returned and inspected, we'll notify you about the status by email. After the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card (or the original method of payment) within 3 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Unless we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If the item was damaged or defective, then we can resend a replacement at no cost.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide customers with return labels. After you receive our return instructions, we suggest using "USPS Ground Advantage" for the lowest price.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES:
Product exchanges will only be approved if the item you received was damaged or defective. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color or other option, then you'll need to process a return and then place another order for the correct item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you would like to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request within 12-hours. Any cancellation request made beyond 12-hours may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee (if the item has started production). If the item has already shipped out, then it will need to be returned to our office for a refund after it arrives.
LARGE / BULK ORDERS:
As an "on-demand" business we keep a minimal amount of inventory on-hand, so if you'd like to return bulk orders of 3 or more items, then a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We cannot resell custom or personalized items, so returns will not be accepted. If we made a mistake or there is another issue with your order, please contact us and provide us with photos. We'll try to provide the best solution possible.
