Shipping

Yes... we ship worldwide to most countries. To keep things simple, we offer fixed, flat-rate shipping on all orders. Most US orders are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS), but we also use DHL, UPS and FEDEX, depending on your location.

Please keep in mind that all items are produced "on-demand" after we receive an order. It normally takes 2-3 business days to produce, package and ship an item, but during periods of higher volume it may take up to 5 days. 

Combined with in-transit shipping times, it normally takes a total of 7-10 days for US customers to receive their orders. Some orders may arrive slightly faster, others may take a day or two longer. We have several US (and International) production locations, but International orders could take longer due to Customs and import delays. 

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES:

● USA: 3–4 business days (+ 2-5 day production)
● Europe: 6–8 business days (+ 2-5 day production)
● Australia: 2–14 business days (+ 2-5 day production)
● Japan: 4–8 business days (+ 2-5 day production)
● International: 10–20 business days (+ 2-5 day production)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Expedited shipping is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE; often costing more than the products we sell. And because production times can vary, it would be impossible to guarantee on-time delivery. Because of this, we don't offer expedited shipping services.
